    2012 - maintenant Leading the vision and high-level strategy for the low calorie business in Western Europe (Diet Coke / Coke light, Coke Zero, Coke Life), including growth drivers, brand architecture and communication strategy.
    Responsible for 4 annual brand plans, including integrated marketing content (TV, OOH / Print, digital, packaging, shopper) across all key touchpoints.
    Developing an optimised investment strategy and managing the marketing budgets to ensure financial and business growth targets are achieved.
    Delivering forward-looking, including the launches of Coca-Cola Life and optimised pack formats (in collaboration with key markets), delivering $30M$ incremental sales to Coca-Cola TM.
    Leading, inspiring, coaching and developing a team of 9 marketers, based on Coca-Cola Marketing DNA principles, to ensure effective deployment and development of talent.

    2007 - 2010 Delivering the brand plans for Coca-Cola & Coca-Cola Zero, including communication strategy, connection plan, media choices, asset activation, and price / promotion strategy in collaboration with the bottler.
    Leading European charter for the launch of the new "Open Happiness''platform, as well as launching new "occasion-based'' programme : Coca-Cola on-the-go, Coca-Cola with meals, Coca-Cola nightlife.
    Developing digital partnerships with world-leading games company Ubisoft and Microsoft MSN to help Coca-Cola Zero to reach a younger audience of (mostly male) teens.

    Marne La Vallée Cedex 2 2000 - 2006 As Senior Brand Manager :
    Re-launching the CRUNCH brand with a new brand equity (brand essence, visual identity, audio identity) and 360° re-launch plan.
    Innovating with the launch of 2 new CRUNCH chocolate blocks (Cookies & Vanilla Dream) inspired by American ice cream flavours.
    Winning in the market with a 60:40 preference over competitor Milka
    European Project Lead to launch a new range of chocolate biscuits, including the business opportunity, concept, packaging solution, product development with a factory, consumer research.
    Developing the Adult-focussed innovation pipeline in partnership with the suppliers (aromas, ingredients, packaging) and the application group - concept generation, screening and prioritisation, focus groups.
    Implementation of a tool to track Nestlé (and competitors) new products performance.

    As Innovation Manager :
    Designing and implementing a new innovation process for Nestlé France
    Creating 3 tools to foster innovation at Nestlé : an intranet of best practices, a database of all concept testing, and a simple tool to turn trends into ideas.
    Contributing to the development of the innovation pipeline at Nestlé France.
