Au sein de deux grands groupes industriels américains et d’un groupe britannique, je me suis consacré principalement à la mise en place des processus d’amélioration continue destinés à réduire les pertes et basés sur les principes du Lean et du World Class Manufacturing.

    Colombes 2013 - maintenant Je réalise des projets d'amélioration des performances des équipes de Johnson Controls chez nos clients industriels en EMEA.
  • Thermal Ceramics de France - Continuous Improvement Manager (WCM)

    2010 - 2013 I led efforts towards the implementation of opportunities, which led to a reduction by 10% of the operational costs of Thermal Ceramics plants across the world, with little or no investment.
  • Georgia Pacific - Europe Operations Excellence Leader

    Bois-Colombes 2008 - 2009 I led efforts towards the reduction of about 10% of operations & maintenance headcount. Identified through benchmarking cost reduction opportunities of about 150 million € across the European plants of Georgia Pacific. Increased reliability of Georgia Pacific Key Performance Indicator database to facilitate decision making by the company's senior management.
  • Georgia Pacific - Regional Manager of Analysis for Operations for NE Europe

    Bois-Colombes 2007 - 2008 Contributed in setting-up a new financial structure in NEE region of Georgia Pacific. I was the financial advisor of the corresponding regional operations Vice President.
  • Georgia Pacific - Continuous Improvement in-house consultant

    Bois-Colombes 2002 - 2007 Led efforts in identification and implementation of opportunities that led to a reduction of 10% of the compressible costs of the French plants of Georgia Pacific, with only minor investments and without headcount reductions.
  • Georgia Pacific - Electrical Engineer in the European Technology Center (France)

    Bois-Colombes 1997 - 2001 Participated in various projects as project engineer or as project manager for small projects. I was mainly responsible for parts of the electrical studies. I also worked as supervisor of the electrical installations and participated in the commissioning of new equipment.
