    Boulogne-Billancourt 2012 - maintenant APAC governance review committee Business Manager and project manager for key initiatives and projects sponsored by the APAC Region.
     Accelerated integration of China in the global phase 3 design discussions by orchestrating the China portfolio prioritization process and leading cross functional teams to prioritize the China interest in 25 early stage compounds.
     Enhanced China programs valuation for phase 3 funding requests to corporate management by developing a specific China program valuation methodology.
     Clarified the path for the assessment and approval of APAC partnering opportunities by customizing the APAC partnering working model.
     Led the assessment of the future India portfolio. Mobilized and coached the India Marketing & Medical teams to provide recommendations on future investments to make to support Roche product launches in India in the next 5 to 10 years.
     Spearheaded the 2013 Product Development in Asia Pacific annual meeting organization, managing a budget of 0.5MCHF and over 300 participants. Managed a cross-functional team to deliver the meeting on time, within budget and +80% attendee satisfaction.

    Boulogne-Billancourt 2011 - 2012 Defined and delivered portfolio reports, produced strategic portfolio analytics and insights to recommend management action. Applied project and process management expertise to committee and initiative management.
     Built portfolio analysis & reporting process that supports communication of accurate and transparent China portfolio information within the organization and regional management needs.
     Pioneered a resource management gap analysis supporting executive management with resource planning and helping to ensure decisions were aligned with portfolio priorities.
     Launched the Time Recording program in China. Trained and mobilized the organization resulting in +95% compliance exceeding the corporate goal.

  • Sanofi-Aventis - Latin America Portfolio and Business Development Manager, Panama City (Panama)

    Paris 2009 - 2010 Analyzed opportunities for life cycle management of existing prescription brands, branded generics and OTC, as well as new brand and franchise extension for LATAM. Project managed the evaluation of opportunities (market analysis, NPV) and related feasibility assessments. Ensured implementation of decisions at zone and country level.
     Designed standardized templates to harmonize and consolidate affiliates input. Educated affiliates on management expectations to support decision making.
     Coordinated the assessment of 20+ projects in 5 therapeutic areas across 23 affiliates with daily interaction with executive management, leading to the identification and implementation of new commercial opportunities e.g. Somatuline®, Ipsen in-licensing opportunity (generated 2M€ in 2 months) and acquisition of Chattem in 2010 ($1.9 billion deal).
