Engineering & Procurement was carried out in Sharjah with the PMT office located in Tbilisi.

The project included: 6 block valve stations, 4 take-off stations, 2 micro tunnels, 23 thrustbores, 32 open-cut road crossings and 5 river crossings. Due to wet ground conditions 18km of the pipeline had to be weighed down with concrete saddles.
