After my MBA(Master of Business Administration) training at ESG UQAM and with almost fifteen years professional experience, I desire today a change in my career and to take on new challenges. Therefore, I have much interest to be part of teamwork in your enterprise in a managing position.



I currently hold the position of IT Manager Chad / Cameroon at GEODIS INDUSTRIAL PROJECTS, which includes manage an organization and ensure its profitability, lead a team and accompany it in a concurring approach, manage internal networks and monitor their developments: missions I have been led handle during my career. My personal commitment, my technique, my sense of management, my ability to adapt to human factors and heterogeneous environments, my rigor and my personal investment in projects, are all qualities that allow me today to consider a move in my career and, therefore, to apply within your enterprise.

  • GEODIS Wilson Cameroon&Chad - Senior Business Analyst & Infrastructure Manager

    2012 - 2016 (Managing a team of 26 technicians and engineers, with an annual budget of more than (2 to 3 M$ per
    year), a portfolio of 540 users in more than 8 sites)


    Highlights:

    - Defined the global IT strategy in compliance with the company's business strategy.
    - Developed of functional specifications and system design specifications for customer missions.
    - Implementation an outsourcing strategy for a number of activities of the ISD Cameroon and Chad (Leasing of
    the entire IT infrastructure, internal telephony, and level 3 support) leading to lower costs and a mastery of IT
    budget.
    - Implementation of optimized solutions for operations management process related to the routing and delivery
    of Customer goods, which has saved the company money.
    - Leader of the project to transfer the contract of the VSAT links of the cameroon and Chad sites of Astrium to
    speedcast, thereby increase the bandwidth by 25% and reduce monthly costs by 41%.

    - Implementation of a campaign to sensitize the various customers of GEODIS to the use of the Tracking
    application developed by GEODIS IT team, thereby increasing the number of users from 350 to 2000 users in 13
    countries around the world.
  • GEODIS Wilson Industrial Project - Head of Application Support

    2006 - 2012 (Managing a team of 18 technicians and engineers, a dozen applications distributed in 13 countries
    worldwide and a client portfolio of more than 2000 users).

    Highlights:

    - Managed the entire worldwide application support with a team of 18 technicians.
    - Implemented the ITIL V3 norms (best practices) in the organization and support management.
    - Elaboration of all the procedures for the support governance.
    - Implementation of the training project for all users of GEODIS Chad, Cameroon and Niger on tracking
    applications.
    - Liaised with IT development team.
