From now on, Emmanuel has always shown strong personal commitment in the projects he served, keen on raising team spirit by respecting and valuating everyone’s talents.
Once graduated from Centrale Lyon Engineering School and after a MSc in Finance at E.M.Lyon, Emmanuel decided to join a starting management consulting company, Equinox Consulting. Consultant then manager, Emmanuel participated to a number of missions in various businesses in the bank industry. At the same time, he contributed actively to the development of this company, which grew rapidly from this time on. This first experience confirmed Emmanuel’s interest for corporate management, sharing of strategic vision with decision-makers, and implication within human-sized teams.
In this context Emmanuel developed an ever-increasing appetite for missions focused on operational strategy & organisations transformation. His credo: use his discernment and spark off the teams’ one, enlarge the vision and set up solutions which provoke and foster change in companies. In 2010, Emmanuel joined Stanwell Consulting, a strategy consulting firm, as a manager, where he discovered Retail banking and strengthened his skills in project & change management.
This rich, intense experience was a turning point in Emmanuel’s career: after 7 years dedicated to projects sponsored by huge banking groups, Emmanuel desired to leverage on his skills and convictions to serve Entrepreneurship and SMEs.
In order to mature his project, Emmanuel has joined SEKKEI early 2011, a new consulting firm that embodies start-up values. He currently keeps on working for major banking firms, in fields and topics he masters, and takes every opportunity to concretize his project.
Today, Emmanuel is eager to fully concentrate on direct implication in SMEs, in order to take responsibilities in their changes & success and share convictions with the managers he will work for.
