    2004 - 2005 Mission: Assisting the CFO of Helvoet (International medium-sized company specialized in High-tech rubber en plastic products) with diverse finance related issues during the acquisition and integration processes of the formerly HTP automotive business unit of Philips group

    · Management assistant during the due diligence and the transaction (3 months): Analysis of the financial due diligence report, presentations, meetings with third parts
    · Position of interim group controller (7 months): Carrying out and implementing the new group’s financial reporting model, coordinating the monthly reporting session, assisting the CFO in the consolidation process
