Pour le compte d'un acteur majeur (4000 personnes, 500 M€) des services � l’industrie (travaux neufs, maintenance, arr�t/revamping, montage/levage…) dans les domaines du p�trole et du gaz, de la chimie et de la p�trochimie et de la production d’�nergie thermique et nucl�aire… et pr�sent dans le pays depuis 10 ans, nous recherchons aujourd’hui son Responsable de Filiale au Nigeria.

L’expertise de la soci�t� lui a valu de remporter des projets significatifs sur le continent africain notamment au Nigeria (revamping FPSO, projet cl� en main de construction d’une unit� de production de p�trole et de gaz…)

Bas� � Port Harcourt et rattach� au Directeur de la zone bas� � notre si�ge parisien, ce Responsable est le repr�sentant du groupe au Nigeria et a pour principales missions de mettre en œuvre la strat�gie commerciale, technique et industrielle de la soci�t� dans ce pays.

A la t�te d’une structure compos�e d’environ 300 personnes dont une trentaine d’expatri�s, r�alisant un chiffre d’affaires d’environ 20 millions de dollars, il g�re les op�rations existantes, assure l’optimisation des �quipes techniques expatri�es et locales et veille � maintenir un niveau HSE optimal.

Il entretient de bonnes relations avec les administrations et les autorit�s locales ainsi qu’avec les clients existants et d�veloppe de nouvelles opportunit�s d’affaires.

Pour ce poste, nous recherchons un candidat de profil ing�nieur � fort potentiel, ayant effectu� une bonne partie de sa carri�re professionnelle � l’international en tant qu'expatri� notamment sur le continent africain, dans des fonctions de Direction de Filiale, de Direction de Centre de Profit, de Direction Fonctionnelle...

Dot� d’une personnalit� affirm�e et d’un bon sens politique, il a fait la preuve de sa capacit� � manager des �quipes multiculturelles et pratique l’anglais de mani�re courante.

Plusieurs conditions d’expatriation peuvent �tre envisag�es en fonction de la situation familiale.
