parisien, ce Responsable est le représentant du groupe au Nigeria et a pour principales missions de mettre en œuvre la stratégie commerciale, technique et industrielle de la société dans ce pays. </p><p> </p><p>A la tête d’une structure composée d’environ 300 personnes dont une trentaine d’expatriés, réalisant un chiffre d’affaires d’environ 20 millions de dollars, il gère les opérations existantes, assure l’optimisation des équipes techniques expatriées et locales et veille à maintenir un niveau HSE optimal. </p><p> </p><p>Il entretient de bonnes relations avec les administrations et les autorités locales ainsi qu’avec les clients existants et développe de nouvelles opportunités d’affaires. </p><p> </p><p>Pour ce poste, nous recherchons un candidat de profil ingénieur à fort potentiel, ayant effectué une bonne partie de sa carrière professionnelle à l’international en tant qu'expatrié notamment sur le continent africain, dans des fonctions de Direction de Filiale, de Direction de Centre de Profit, de Direction Fonctionnelle... </p><p> </p><p>Doté d’une personnalité affirmée et d’un bon sens politique, il a fait la preuve de sa capacité à manager des équipes
