For the very strong links with companies and the way it functions as a Business School. I was also attracted by the possibility of carrying out several internships, both obligatory and optional.
What did you study at the IAE de Lyon?I carried out a 1st year masters in Team and Quality Management on a sandwich course with ADIA and then a 2nd year Masters in Marketing and Sales, with a non-obligatory work placement at Kookai and an end of studies internship at L’Oreal.
Did your internship play a decisive role in your entrance into your active life?Yes, without a doubt because my internship at l’Oreal transformed into a CDI (permanent contract) which then led to my current position. Professional experience, internships and student jobs are all essential!
What skills did you gain from your time at the IAE that helped you to succeed professionally? The internships, the richness of exchanges with research professors and a relative flexibility in the structure of the course.
Have you kept links with the IAE?Yes, as part of my internship at l’Oreal in my final year, we created a partnership with a vocational Bachelor’s degree in Demagogical Retail at the IAE. Since my arrival at Printemps where I have put in place a Campus Management program, the IAE is one of the schools with whom we work. We now have the IAE on our recruitment forum and other channels of exchange are envisaged in the near future such as the involvement of mangers from Printemps in certain lessons at the Business School.
