BEA Systems is a worldwide leader in the middleware software (www.bea.com) and offers products, solutions and services to 200+ Italian enterprises, mainly in telco, government and finance markets.

I’m operating as telemarketing representative, with the aim of leads and prospects qualification, new customer and contacts development, sales opportunities qualification, meeting arrangements and scheduling, marketing events leads and contact developing and management, outbound and inbound sales prospecting and qualification.

Major responsibilities:
• Call outbound towards biggest Italian enterprises (CIO, CTO, Head of Architectures, Project leaders and managers, etc).
• Customer needs analysis, business model qualification and current assets and architecture analysis and intelligence gathering, customer analysis and planning with the sales force for account planning and strategies.
• Meetings qualification and scheduling, technical and business report for the internal sales force in order to maximize sales opportunities.

I’m part of an European team, measured on sales pipeline generated and number of successful contacts and meetings arranged.
I overachieved my target quarter after quarter, and positioned myself as one of the top performer in the European ranking.

I was in charge of coordinating marketing events both in Italy and across Europe, supporting the Italian Marketing team.
Among the various activities:
• logistic, administrative and financial support for the marketing department.
• event organization and management
• vendor coordination,
• site selection and contractual definition,
• food and beverage planning,
• registration,
• documentation gathering and preparation,
• recall activities and scheduling,
• customer relationships and caring,
• management and data input, lead forwarding and follow up.

As a Buyer, I managed opening, filling, dispatching and managements PO and vendor setups, budget reporting, management and tracking.

September 2003 – December 2005: Office coordinator at BEA Systems Italia
General admin, secretarial duties and receptionist (front-office, reception, switchboard, diary management and travel coordination).
Other duties involved logistic administration and office coordination for the Milan branch office.
