A place to connect to other's interested in Lean manufacturing techniques and the principles, philosophy and the psychology of making change to 'herds' of people in a business (or any other) environment.

Not a place for die hard 'tool-heads', i'm interested in encouraging others to explore the psychology, sociology and culture of sustainable change, as this is the root cause of the process, procedure and profit improvements we pursue (Far too early) with tools and techniques.

Lean in the west to date has been left brain only, (hence the evolution into Six Sigma) it's time to add a little Yin to the Yang - please post your thoughts & help others on a Lean Journey.
