MISSION

Sous la responsabilité du Président du Comité d’Organisation de la Semaine française au Vietnam en en liaison avec le Directeur Général de la CCIFV, le Directeur « Semaine Française au Vietnam » basé à Hanoi aura pour mission d’organiser sur le plan opérationnel une Semaine Française au Vietnam qui se déroulera du 1 au 6 Novembre 2010. Cette Semaine Française sera constitué de différents évènements économique, sportifs, de prestige et culturels articulés autour d’une Exposition Multisectorielle. Il devra assurer les missions suivantes:

1. Coordination de la Semaine Française au Vietnam

- Suivi des partenaires de la Semaine Française au Vietnam et des évènements dont ils ont la responsabilité
- Organisation des réunions du comité de pilotage
- Reporting et suivi budgétaire du projet
- Management de l’équipe projet dédié

2. Marketing et communication

- Recherche des sponsors
- Mise en place, suivi des partenariats sponsors
- Mise en place des supports de communication de la Semaine ...

-superviser la gestion, la maintenance et la sécurité des équipements, matériels et matériaux ...

Dans le cadre de ma recherche sur le "prendre soin" au Vietnam, j'ai réalisé une mission dans les hôpitaux d'Hochiminh ville.

Mon objectif est de travailler au Vietnam afin de réfléchir avec mes consoeurs et confrères vietnamiens sur le "prendre soin".
