I just obtained my Master in Marketing & Business Development from CERAM Business School (FRANCE). I’m looking for a job in those domains straight away.

I finished a 5 months exchange program at the University of Victoria (Canada-BC). Tout le monde sait que le Chinois TCL a pris les activités de téléviseurs de Thomson en 2003 et un an plus tard, les activités de téléphone mobile de Alcatel. La logique de TCL est assez simple: j'ai des capacités des production en Chine avec une compétitivité économique incontestable. Grâce au renom de Thomson et Alcatel, et surtout à leur capacité de R & D et au réseau de distribution, je pourrais conquérir le marché européen rapidement. Mais le résultat est le contraire. Les deux reprises se sont soldées par une échec total.

Parallèlement, le géant chinois des équipements de télécommunication Huawei a plus de succès. Au lieu de reprendre des sociétés françaises en difficultés en tant que tremplin d'accès au marché, Huawei a construit progressivement son image en France. Clé de succès: qualité, réactivité et compétitivité.

Je suis sûr que ces analyses restent très générales et méritent l'approfondissement. Justement, je vous retourne la question: pourquoi l'échec de TCL et le succès relatif de Huawei ? ...
