My client has a requirement for a Datawarehouse Architect to be based in Sloterdijk for a 3 month contract.

The successful candidate will have:
• Good knowledge of Management Information in Datawarehouse
• Good knowledge of Oracle and Business Objects
• Good Knowledge of Cobol
• Good Analytical Skills
• Experience with leading people
• Good communication skills
• Be able to speak Dutch and English.

Are you service-minded and experienced with technical support or technical aspects of products?

Excellent opportunity to play an integral part in the Support Team for a Global Software Provider.

Suitable candidates :
-fluent in French and English (spoken and written) and strong communication skills
-experience of SQL, Java and/or Perl
-experience of ETL tools

Main Tasks :
-provide phone, email and online helpdesk support to end customers and partners across USA, Europe, Middle East and Africa
-build technical knowledge and develop the service and support function within the team

You will be the main interface to the customer and play an integral part in the growing success of this global company!
