Did you miss the Info-Tech Live! Event, “Driving Efficiency with Unified Communications”? The event, to a full-house audience at the Royal York Hotel in Toronto on September 16, combined a presentation of research results, an analysis of UC customer deployments, and a “town hall” session featuring a panel of UC experts (including CATA President John Reid) in discussion with the audience, provided private sector and government attendees with practical insights into UC technology and business benefits.
