There is a lot of information for those in a situation where a decision has been made to start up in business. Where do people go who are in difficulties. Not all of those who cannot get funding because of their credit rating, have a poor credit rating because of not paying their debt. I am thinking to set up a business the Manufacture and Installation of Wind Turbines in Baku (Azerbaijan).After some researches and many trips to Baku I ve made some contacts with Azery business community who has found the idea very interesting and willing to create a Join Venture with me or some other legal entity. As you can see from my profile I am British citizen. I need a partner or investor to make it happens. We estimate it will be 50/50 shares between Azeri and UK sides.
