According to preliminary calculations of its financial figures, IDS Scheer AG expects to generate revenue in a range of €95 million to €98 million in the third quarter of 2008, a year-on-year increase of between 3% and 6% (Q3-2007: €92.2 million). In the last quarter, and particularly in September 2008, license volume lagged considerably behind company expectations and will be in the range of €9 million to €9.5 million (Q3-2007: €10.1 million). Earnings before interest, taxes and amortization of intangible assets (EBITA) will be of the order of €4 million (Q3-2007: €8.3 million) and the EBITA margin will be approximately 4% (Q3- 2007: 9.0%).
