Our client is one of the largest players worldwide in its field of professional services. In order to strengthen its regional management team for CEE, we are looking for a very senior executive to take the position of Regional Chief Financial Officer for Central and Eastern Europe, reporting to the CEO for the region.

Your responsibilities

Business and financial strategy, planning, monitoring, management and reporting, including management and development of policies, systems, processes and personnel.

Financial staff management, motivation, training, recruitment and selection.

Contributing to strategic planning and development as a key member of the regional executive team.

He or she will be responsible for managing a system of financial reporting that provides quality information to the company senior management team.

Interaction and training of financial teams located in about 13 countries of the CEE region.

Reporting to the CEO for the region and to the global headquarters of the company.

Continuously looking for process improvement.

Your strengths

University Degree in Economics with specialization in Finance & Accounting.

Minimum of 5 years related work experience as Finance Director (prior successful experience as the Chief Financial Officer in a CEE regional role would be an advantage).

Excellent verbal and written knowledge of English.

The position is based in Prague but will require frequent travel in the CEE region.
