Purpose :
· Reporting directly to the PSG EMEA Marketing Operations Manager, the Office Program Manager will be responsible for the execution and measurement of marketing programs that significantly grow the attach rate, revenue and gross margin for HP with the sales of Microsoft Office 2003 and the upcoming Office 2007, throughout the EMEA region.

Responsibilities :

* Assist the PSG EMEA commercial team in managing Office, ultimately with the goal of stimulating commercial PC market growth, and driving measurable top- and bottom-line growth for both HP and Microsoft.
* Communicate to HP EMEA-level and HP Country-level PSG product management, marketing and channel management staff (internal) and HP Business Partners (external), the value of Office 2003 and the upcoming Office 2007, with the goal of ensuring the execution and measurement of value-add marketing programs that drive and grow revenues for mutual benefit.
* Engage with HP EMEA PSG product management and supply chain functions in supporting the introduction of the Microsoft Office 2007, ensuring HP readiness, engagement in local MS launch activities and support through HP-driven demand generation activities, in the context of the new “Office Ready” program.
* Measure effectiveness of the various programs, through the creation, maintenance and communication of scorecards to track attach rate/sales performance of Microsoft Office sold with HP PSG products at country and segment levels.
* Identify trends in markets/competitor activity, and anticipate long-term program needs / challenges and propose creative programs or solutions that support HP/Microsoft business goals with Office.
* Work collaboratively with other HP divisions/groups to ensure HP participation in key Office campaigns, programs and initiatives, and to insure that Office messaging and positioning is consistently incorporated in HP co-marketing programs and activities.
* Frequent contact with all levels of management within HP EMEA PSG and Microsoft OEM organisations. This includes all levels of product management, product marketing, sales, technical management, finance and executive management.


Qualifications
your profile
Essential:

* Successful track record in executing and measuring complex marketing programs and processes, with important budgetary sign-off and strong ROI.
* Effective English verbal and written communication ability gained in an international environment.
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Project management skills
* Occasional travel to HP PSG Sales Offices, HP Business Partners and Microsoft Alliance events required.

Desirable:

* Knowledge of local and WW PC markets
* Knowledge of Microsoft and Microsoft OEM market

Experience:

* 5+ years industry experience in a marketing, sales or business development role
* 2+ years commercial and/or retail channel marketing experience strongly preferred
