You don't know what you don't know about IT survey

Recently came across "survey monkey" and was thinking of using it as a tool for a client services program. Gathering information about service performance, what products they would like to see us develop etc. Has anyone any experince and tips about using it?

I have created a test survey which I would be grateful if you would complete.

If anyone would like to see the results let me know.

Re: You don't know what you don't know about IT survey
Hi Richard,

Survey Monkey's been around for a while and works well. Had a quick look and if I may, I'd like to make a few suggestions that I hope you'll find helpful.
People respond best to short surveys - 5Qs or less.
The wording is quite complex - you could boost responses and reduce mis-comprehension with simpler and more direct language.
Boost response rates by offering a prize draw?

All the best
