What tools do you use for courseware development? Do you use Dreamweaver? How about Lectora? Flash? Photoshop? FireWorks? Javascript? Some other?

Nvu - just started exploring

I downloaded and installed Nvu a few days ago - this is Mozilla's open-source answer to Dreamweaver. So far, I've been playing with it a bit, and it seems OK with low-level HTML creation.
