Mauritius Telecom is the historical telecommunications operator in Mauritius and provides basic and advanced telecommunications services to its customer base.
In year 2006, I had the opportunity to act as lead project engineer for the implementation of an IP based network, gearing the company towards the offering of triple play services. This service known as My.T is picking up gracefully and we are adding more IP DSLAM nodes in the network to increase the market share.
My main achievements at Mauritius Telecom are:
1. Introduction of ADSL services in Mauritius in year 2001
2. Implementation of an IP Core Network in year 2006
3. Participate in the sales of International Leased Lines
