Position: Global Product Manager for Face/Body and Sun care products (2002/03 in USA), Marketing and Communications Manager (2001/02 – Brazil), Product Manager (2000/01 – Brazil) and in company training (USA/2000)
Main Responsibilities:
As product Manager in USA with global managerial responsibility for face care, body care and sun care line of products (41% of company annual net income). Development of new concepts end new products, including the modernization of existing lines and all marketing/communication material, coordination of global market research (qualitative and quantitative) to identify the brand perception/acceptation, improvements, etc, SWOT analysis and sales impact (before and after changes implementation).
Main Results:
Global sales increase for Facial care products around 2% and global sales increase for body care products around 3%. Profit range increase around 15% due to cost reductions on products reformulation and new packaging options without affecting the products quality and consumers’ perception.

Position: Product Manager (Brazil and Latin America) (1997/99) and in company training (England, France and Netherlands/1998)

Main Responsibilities:
Managerial responsibility in Latin America for a Multimedia system and its marketing tools to understanding the final consumer (MIRIAD - Multimedia Interactive Redefining Intelligent Aromatic Design - which win the Fifth awards 97 – USA – business intelligence tool) and used as main support tool in proactive projects and briefs for all units in the Region. Development of Market database in Lotus Notes for Latin America, using information of launched products, its characteristics, claims, etc. Coordination and study analysis about global emerging trends in Latin America and its importance to support new product concepts and/or to attend with active participation in global, regional and local briefs and projects to UNILEVER, P&G, R&C, SC Johnson, Sara Lee, L’Oreal, House of Fuller, La Corona, Clorox, Natura, Boticário, Avon, etc.

Main Results:
Improvement on sales by 25% and market penetration growth due to technical charts for product line and new products/concepts, presentations at trade shows/Seminars in Latin American region and act as a company delegate. Increase the customer’s confidence in the company by means of a partnership with them and consequently develop together exclusive projects/briefs.
