Contract Manager: Project Manager of >5 projects

 Contract Manager:
 Customer Relation Manager (budget: $S 250K) with 5 clients mainly in Asia and Europe & communicate / distribute customer demands inside Siemens.
 Sales Manager: Analyze contracts & negotiate all contractual aspects of all endorsements linked to the project (sold: $S 200K)

 Project Manager:
 Coordination and planning (MS Project) of technical (managing engineers) and logistic items (managing production teams) in order to respect budget, deadlines & to control and minimize the risks (FMEA)
 Financial Aspects: Establish, follow & update monthly all economical data of the projects and share with all managers of involved teams and finance group

 Quality Project Manager:
 Manage the quality aspects of projects & conformity to process: main target is to obtain the customer satisfaction by improving internal standards (Pareto)
 Warranty management: Analyse, reporting & long-term improvement of working methods for warranty management (gain of $S120K/years)
 Recovering of credit ($S 2400K) & Closure of pending projects for new SAP implementation by solving customer or internal issues (150 projects closed)

 10 engineers project ($S 10K) : Process amelioration for the implementation of a new product from research department to industrialisation (Pre-production)
 5 persons project ($S 2K ) :Logistics: Provider non quality diminution
 Marketing of innovative products
 Implementation of a total quality program
 Creation of the new function of “quality inspector”
