Responsible for costs, quality, delays, and benefits.
Budget managed : 3 Million €/year.
Direct management of a team of 3 IS consultants (not including trainees and apprentices)
Functional management of a 20 people team

Management, specifications, tests and deployment of main evolutions :
· Redesign of the warehouse management rules
· Deliveries and sendings improvements
· Packaging visibility
· Quality controls for new Renault/Nissan motors...

Quality plan lead :
· Improvement of the quality of development, after a major increase of workload
· Improvement of the quality of specifications thanks to UML and requirements method.
· Improvement of tests


> International deployment project manager (technocentre de Guyancourt - 2003-2006)
International deployment of standard logistics systems : France, Turkey, Portugal, Brasil, Argentina, Marocco. In this context : conception of the deployment scenarii, gap analysis, change management, local user support.

Responsible for web projects within a Third Maintenance of Applications.
· Analysis and conception, development, and management of 3 web portal projects for Aventis France and Aventis Italy
· Setting up of the Quality Plan and the Service Level Agreement

> Methods engineer (UK/Chepstow– 4 months in 2002)
Setting up of a calculation formula and tool in order to evaluate production times for girders.
