Romain REMY

After graduated in the US and a successful BA in Marketing and Management, I moved to Hong Kong to pursue a career in sports marketing.
During 3 years I managed International sports events all over Asia (IMG and Action Asia), including a series of adventure races that took me to remote and beautiful places.

I then decided to move to Beijing to learn more about Chinese culture and studied a year in University to get solid Mandarin bases.
In 2005 I freelanced in event management, working in the sports industry in the build up to the 2008 Beijing Olympics and in Finance managing IPO roadshow for Chinese Companies.

Travelling being a life style I joined WildChina in 2006, a travel services company based in Beijing that specializes in organizing premium corporate travel programs and event for discerning and sophisticated executive.

In March 2007, after successful contacts with a recruitment agency and a strong desire to re-join the sports industry I joined World Sport Group Limited in Hong Kong. I now oversee the development of football and sport in Asia with exciting properties such as the AFC Asian Cup (to be played in July 2007) and the AFC Asian Champions League (on going club competition mirror of the UEFA Champions League).
