- Coordination of teams to ensure that design and solution are properly integrated and comprehensive
- In charge of testing activities (~200 people involved, 1000 tests scripts, off-shore factory in India)

Application Manager: Manager of a 50 people team in charge of the development and roll-out of IT applications for the Transport Branch:
- 5 M€ budget
- SAP roll-out over 8 european countries
- Relationship with the business departements and IT subcontractors
- Manager of experts on the following technologies: SAP, VB, .Net, AS400, Java, Websphere
SAP Project Manager: Manager of the project (12 M€ budget, staff of 65 persons, 1 500 users in 8 european countries) which purpose is to implement SAP on Transport activities concerning finance, controlling (FI, CO), supply chain (SD, MM, QM) and maintenance (PM):
- Organization and management of the project team and IT subcontractors
- Project expenses fitting initial budget
- No delay in intial planning (Go Live of 3 pilot divisions and beginning of european roll-out)
- Reporting to Board of Directors

SAP Project Leader for “France Industry” Project (20 plants, 4000 users, 30 M€ budget) - SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC - in charge of purchasing, procurement, warehouse management and quality:
- Responsible for the SAP solution concerning MM, WM and QM (management of users working sessions, definition of business rules and solutions), the roll out planning (Go Live of 2 pilot divisions) and the management of the IT development team
- Manager of a 11 people project team (=S= SAP specialists and subcontractors)

Supply Chain Manager of a french plant (300 employees, turnover of 61 M€, metal cutting and welding technology) for SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC :
- Member of the plant Management Comitee, managing a 23 people team in charge of Supply Chain : production planning, customer service, procurement, warehouse management. Responsible for customers & suppliers relation concerning leadtimes, quantities and deliveries
- SAP implementation (2.2 M€ budget) for purchasing, procurement, production, sales, finance and production planning
- In charge of ISO14000 and 9001 certifications on supply chain activities
