o Role: Supply Chain Project Leader
o Carry out a efficient procurement to meet MRP needs
o Support and assist all New Product Introduction implementation logistics activities
o Coordinate engineering changes for new configuration applied to the Bill Of Material
o Determine Phase-In and Phase-Out dues dates based on optimal project management
o Feasibility analysis and risk assessment for New Product Introduction with Engineering, Purchasing, Planning and Manufacturing
o Daily follow up and control for inventory accuracy
o Coordinate with Planning team to have the right Routing in order to launch the good schedule of work order
o Discuss with the Purchasing team to have an optimal Supplier in order to put the right schedule of order
o Ensure the accuracy of releasing into the Item Master File
o Coordinate NPI and Engineering Change projects with others Caterpillar facilities
o Continually working towards the target fixed by the KPI
o Daily follow up and reporting for MRP exceptions
o Tracking and follow up all inventory discrepancy
o Continuously involved in improving current tools and developing new tools to optimize existing supply chain process
