Horsley Witten Group has been providing our public sector, Native American, and private clients with expert scientific and engineering consulting services since it was founded in 1988. It was the goal of the founding partners to not only employ people with expertise in their respective fields but who also have a demonstrated ability to communicate that expertise and knowledge to a broad spectrum of clients and users, both technical and non-technical. I supported Customer Relations, and was involved in developing new client relations for AircraftRisk.com. Prior to joining RISC, I had worked for the World Bank Group in Washington DC preparing and financing transportation and urban development projects in Western Africa. I also worked for the MIT Parsons Laboratory modeling theoretical physics; my research work was recently published in one of the American Physical Society Journals.
