Garrett Curley

Having received a B. Sc. in Physics at Dublin City University (DCU), Ireland, I then completed the D.E.A. de Physique des Plasmas at Orsay (Ecole Polytechnique/Université Paris XI) before undertaking a Ph. D. at the Laboratoire de Physique et Technologie des Plasmas (LPTP) at the Ecole Polytechnique.

My Ph. D. project in centered around an industrial plasma etch reactor similar to those used in microelectronics fabrication.
