Augmentation de la capacité de 300%, réduction des heures de l'ingénierie de 50%, gestion des risques.

- Technical and Industrial responsibility for the Development and Manufacturing of Power Transformers.
- Redefinition of the Supply Chain process.
- Responsible of the Investment Strategy, Realization and Budgets.
- Technical and Commercial negotiations with customers.
- Development of key competences for the Export Market

- Responsible for the technical solution of the realized projects.
- Double of capacity within 12 month.
- Realization of 1st 800kV Project.
- Technical and Commercial negotiations with customers.
- Redefinition of interface with manufacturing, procurement, commercial, quality.
- Introduction of Engineering Projects in 3-D.
- Man-hour reduction by 20%.
