Emmanuel received a Master’s in Banking and Finance and a Master’s in Economic Policy from Paris I Pantheon-Sorbonne.
After beginning his career in 1996 at Edmond de Rothschild Corporate Finance in Mergers & Acquisitions, he later joined PriceWaterhouseCoopers in the Valuation & Business Modelling department.
Emmanuel served as Director in the Equity Capital Market Department at the brokerage firm Aurel Leven Securities and then became Head of Corporate Finance for Avenir Finance, a financial advising company specialized in serving French and foreign entrepreneurs and the leader of IPOs on Alternext (NYSE Euronext Paris).
In 2002, he founded a media company dedicated to gastronomy and agrobusiness and succeeded in bringing in several financial investors.
Emmanuel has completed more than 30 deals in sectors including TMT (Technologies, Media and Telecom), industry and services, fundraising, market transactions (IPOs, secondary offerings, tender offers), and merger & acquisitions.
He joined SOCIETEX in 2016 bringing his knowledge and experience of investment funds and financial transactions (private equity and financial markets).
