2nd rotation: FX Structured Products & Derivatives
- Weekly Letter (hedging products and structured deposits)
- Exercise of options
- Daily and Weekly M2M
- Implementation of new products
- Improvement of product marketing & confirmation
- Improvement of the product book
- Participate in specifc projects

1st rotation: Bond Syndication
- Preparing documents related to transactions
- Daily market watch of indices, spreads and prices
- Creation of a database recording all investors and transactions

Secteur : Banque

Involved in transactions such as LBO, merger, acquisition, IPO, capital increase, squeeze-out:
- Drafting clients’ pitch-books: equity story, market analysis, time schedule of transactions, corporate valuation (transactions and peer group, Discounted Cash Flow), potential acquirers or targets’ search.
- Deals’ execution: participation in the drafting of documents (mandate, prospectus, sales flyer, roadshows and management presentation, underwriting agreement, etc), meetings with clients and analysts.
- Coordinating with other departments of Fortis Bank involved in the deals (such as sales, equity research or lawyers, located in Paris, Brussels and Amsterdam).

In charge of advising institutionnal investors and asset managers on their voting policy for general meetings by analysing companies’ financial transactions (capital increase, mergers & acquisitions, dividends’ payout, …).
