Focusing on: - Market analysis: including TAM/MS evolution, competition benchmark, and tenders support in order to secure leader positioning in 3G market. - 3G-offer product management: portfolio completely renewed, fragmentation of 3G offer (creation of 3 families). Key challenge was to address all market needs with flexible products at lowest cost (very strong price erosion): new silicium technology (flash memory) launch was crucial to reach this objective. | |
