Influence Local sales teams through marketing plan process ensuring value driven campaigns are prioritised. ·Ensure that all european Retail plans/initiatives are adopted across Europe and localised as appropriate. ·Enable the sharing of best practices/sales and marketing programs · Principal Responsibilities : Trade Marketing: ·Participate with cascading European Marketing Programs into Account specific selling stories (direct/Indirect channel partners) ·Ensure timely completion of Regional/European trade marketing projects ·Coordinate the implementation of channel and retail strategies, ·Channel Partners sales planning/forecast process (TOP 50 Channel Partners), execution, track results and recommend actions to achieve desired results. Communication: Elaborate communication models and provides timely information (and materials) to sales teams across Europe in order to ensure deployment and achievement of sales & marketing plans at trade level. Business analysis: ·Organize and analyze information on sales structure, evolution and trends (distys/Retailers). .Monitor success of key campaign by creating “marketing program analysis” and report on a regularly basis.·Work with local sales teams on retail strategy for cost-of-sale assessment (ROI, etc), channel performance (retail/distribution), ·channel SWOT analysis Sales effectiveness analysis ·Control/measure/assess trade marketing initiatives/marketing programs and budgets ·Standardization of Account Specific planning and objectives - through to execution to maximize the effectiveness of Local sales officices trade marketing spending. ·Track competitive threat items and recommend actions | |
