I am part of a team of 10 supervising the M&A operations of BNP Paribas and its subsidiaries.

I am responsible for strategic intelligence and benchmarking of our competitors operating in capital markets, structured finance and investment banking (including Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, Lehman Brothers, Bear Stearns, Citi, JP Morgan, Bank of America, RBS, Barclays, UBS, Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse, ABN AMRO, HSBC, Societe Generale, Calyon and Natixis).

I produce short strategic studies on various topics (capital management, risk management, cost efficiency, etc).

I am mainly liaising mainly with the investor relations department, the communication department, our capital markets, structured finance and investment banking businesses and top management.

I contributed to the strategic studies, and the aquisition initiation and execution process internationally (macro-economic studies, competitive studies, business plans, valuations, legal and fiscal issues).

I liaised with investment bankers, strategy consultants, and internal departments (controlling, finance, marketing).
