Eurostars Hotels is a luxury hospitality brand based in Barcelona, Spain, launched in January of 2007, and is fully owned by Hotusa, Europe’s leading Hotel Consortium. I am responsible for all online marketing as well as managing the communication department and improving the online ROI of offline marketing and promotion projects. Key Accomplishments: • Redirected all sites to one domain to facilitate an increase in Page Ranking, Alexa Ranking and to increase brand awareness and customer satisfaction • Restructured the online reservation form to make reservations speedier, easier and more flexible • Rewrote all Page Titles to more accurately reflect our products and to be more understandable to Search Engines. • Implementing IP Recognition for language selection of landing page. I am working on redesigning the layout of the entire site to be more sales friendly I am working on changing the translation process of the site to remove syntax errors I am working on improving our interactivity and our CRM to provide more customer relevant news, promotions, travel tidbits and travel UGC. | |

Part of the managerial team that worked on all long term strategic decisions. Responsible for all by-platform marketing. Responsible for all public relations, media relations, brand management, non-adult brand licensing. Consulted on all online media projects, production projects, non-adult investment, sponsorship, corporate citizenship and special projects. Key Accomplishments: • Changed the 40 year old logo by adding the "silvergirls" bug, effectively increasing brand awareness and popularity. • Negotiated several ground-breaking licensing deals in art, entertainment and music. • Re-defined the company's strategy and re-wrote the official definition for all communication. • Instrumental in changing the face of the signature website helping to increase the unique user and page views several times over. • Conceptualised and actualised an online media room that has revolutionised product promotion and communication within the industry. | |
