After several years developing and practicing GE tools in the 90's (the Globalization phase) I decided to adapt the GE's tremendous tools (Work Out, CAP, Town Meeting, 6 sigma) in various industries and countries.
We apply the facilitation ART and EXPERTISE at the Executive & Steering Committee levels in order to create a highly effective team formalizing the Management/War Rooms at the top management level and implementing the DISCIPLINE OF EXECUTING THE STRATEGY across the organization.
