I am responsible for:
* Reseller authorization events.
* Product certification.
* Pilot testing on site in cooperation with engineering team(our or SIs).
* Service outsourcing and day to day duties.
* Providing help to System Integrators and SuperVARs

Sector: IT equipment

As network and software engineer worked with company's customers (middle and large ISP's ) and development team with
issues related to billing system Tizona ( http://www.tizona.ru ).
* Made new installations and setup Tizona on site.
* Creating and tuning tariff plans.
* Adding support for new access and accounting hardware.

Sector: Telecom - Internet Products and Services

As network and system engineer I was responsible for total infrastructure availability and performance.
* Creating and maintaining network and server farm.
* Working on new services installations.
* Increasing network security.
