Wanting to follow my professional evolution in a big Company which would allow me to play a part of proposition strength, of organizing and intern control methods, let me present you my application.
Holder of a diploma of Tourism and Hostelry in Talence (France), I speak good English and German, I developed big adaptation faculty, polyvalence, analysis and decision, taste of hearing, dialog, as well as a great taste for harshness and at last a capacity to manage pressure with serenity.
I have often been confronted to universes where re-organisation was essential, I have big sense of responsibilities, priorities, advices and I have big organisation capacities which allowed me to adapt processes and to conceptualise functioning modes.
I acquired 17 years of experience in this activity sector, Luxury and Hostelry Catering ; I held two essential jobs in different Companies. The first one as Catering Manager to set intern control in an operational environment. As Food and Beverage Manager, I had rapidly the responsibility to set the group intern control. Linked to the General Manager, I assumed the risks command essentially in Morocco.
