After graduating in the computer world from a Paris school - Institut Supérieur d'Electronique - I did my end of education internship in the IT department of a big french company. This particular experience pushed me to persevere and work in the computer industry.

This is why I joined Business Objects and stayed there for 7 years going through numerous projects and positions from Systems Engineer to Technical Architect.

Naturally my professional career followed that path and I can now offer more that 10 years experience in all segments of the computer software industry, supported by my various experiences and projects carried on both local and international basis.

2004 - 2008 : Europ Assistance France

IT Production Manager
Currently head of department of IT Production, I am in charge at Europe Assistance France of both User Support Management (including the associated Hotline) and the Operations department managing the Network and Servers which come to a 20 internal employees staff.

A deep re-organisation of the department has started and is in the midst of deployment. ITIL process full set up is engaged in the Production department as a first step and will be continued throughout the whole IT department of Europ Assistance France.

The migration of the Lotus Notes Messaging service towards MS Exchange 2003 has been completed in 2005 including the push mail functionalities.

Other achievements during FY 2006: Unix systems consolidation, automated backup systems update, documents archiving and a full replacement of the printing hardware.

And finally we achieved the outsourcing of the Web J2EE environments through a facility management company on a 3 year contract basis.

• EAI implementation based on the Sterling Integrator tool from Sterling Commerce editor.

• Wrote the request for proposal to replace the global network at Business Objects


Head of the UNIX/WAN team

• Created the team in 1998, increased the staff parallel to the company activity growth with an operational budget for the team of 8MF for year 2001.
• Oversaw the deployment and administration of the outsourced implementation of a private virtual network Frame Relay connecting all the company sites worldwide.
• Designed and implemented a secured systems architecture under UNIX to manage the global accounting and finance applications for the company (ERP Lawson)


Network Engineer(UNIX systems)

Responsible for all the UNIX servers at the Corporate site of Business Objects together with the internet architecture and all associated applications and services (DNS, messaging, …)
