Regional Area Director (IT)
- Responsible for the delivery of the following services for the French subsidiary (9 sites including TO Pharma, TO UPSA, Supply chain and EMEA and France Headquarters (all divisions):
• Management of Service Level Agreements
• Incident and problem management processes
• Asset management
• Support IM Client Facing project implementation
• Accountable for the delivery of the following services :
• Infrastructure services with Technical Services and Global Desktop Management Services
• Help Desk services with the Enterprise Service Centre
• IT Security and Compliance with Infosec and Technical Services
• Network (LAN and WAN) operation with British Telecom
• Responsible of the « Field Technology Services EMEA» strategy definition and project implementation of an ITIL Based support model for Field Forces in the EMEA Region (26 countries/5500 reps).
- Manager of a staff of 22 people
- Manage Client Services Budget
- Member of the European Governance Board
- Member of the ETMS Committee
- Member of the French Crisis management team
