Since I joined the Steelcase group in 2000 (Steelcase is the world leader in office furniture. 15 000 employees), I had the opportunity to hold 4 different positions, in three distinct geographical areas:
- As a project manager in Tunis, I created and opened our new Steelcase showroom and office. I had to work on all fields: not only sales but also accountancy, customs clearance, local suppliers research,… Starting on my own for 4 months, people were then progressively hired and a team of around 10 persons was fully operational when I left the country.
- Then I went to Stockholm for another 2 years as Sales Manager for Scandinavian countries. This was a big cultural change from Tunisia, which I believe I faced with success. I was supporting, training and coaching 8 dealers located in 7 countries.
- In 2005 I took over the position of Market Manager for Performance Worktools in Paris. Another big challenge in a new environment. My results have shown that I’ve been able to adapt and achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Finally, since 2007 I am handling the position of Key Account Manager, located in Paris.

Those experiences have shown my strong adaptability and my willingness to accept responsibility for results. They also have taught me the importance of clear communication, teamwork and careful planning and organization. I feel that my achievements demonstrate not only these skills but also a creative approach to problem solving.
