As a food processing engineer, I have strong technical skills and knowledge in the food & beverage sector. So as to become more skillful, I am currently making a Master specialized in the Wine & Spirits marketing and Management. For the moment, I am still looking for a placement or a job in order to apply what I have learned during the master and have more experience as far as the marketing is concerned.
I am an open-minded person, very flexible and ready to work hard and learn quickly whatever it happens.
I have chosen to do this master because I am convinced that having two types of competences can be good value for a lot of companies and above all for me. This allows me to be more flexible and to answer questions and face issues with 2 different ways.

Main mission: Optimization and amelioration of the inventory control in the cellars. - Creation of a new document (Excel)which sums up all the storage data - The study of the possible ways of enlarging the underground cellars - the analysis of the flows The study of all these points has brought more flexibility to the inventory control tool which will be made easier to manage with the creation of a reference document. I have also worked on market studies which have been very useful for the writing of my engineer thesis. I have worked on the evaluation of possible investments in terms of machines so as to improve the production pace. The creation of the inventory control tool had a major importance, do not forget that the champagne industry is very dependent on storage… |
