Drafting/revising and negotiating all kinds of contracts, both local and international agreements : lease – distribution – management – services – commercial agencies – confidentiality – franchise – sales on consignment – retailer – license – events…

Anti-counterfeiting and intellectual property rights:
Achieved excellent results with the collaboration of local authorities (Ministry of Commerce and Industry – Customs…) notably in providing technical expertise, organizing seminars/conferences/trainings, closing down shops and taking legal action against owners of such shops – Follow up with the company’s intellectual property rights’ agents.

• Direct negotiation with the Egyptian authorities for the setting up of a joint-venture giving birth to « Cairo Airport Duty Free Company ».

• M.E.D.F.A legal advisor: drafting all legal documents pertaining to the setting up of the « Middle East Duty Free Association » which I still follow up: bylaws, general meetings and board meetings, agreements with third parties.
