Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) mission with a global cosmetic producer:

- Determination of the target functional & applicative architectures for the implementation of a PLM Project to manage Packaging-related Data.
- Determination of the needs for Business Process Reengineering, in line with the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) Best Practices.
- Determination of the « fit-gap analysis », by taking into consideration the PLM offers’ specificities.
- Determination of the cost associated with each selected PLM offer.

Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) mission with Airbus:

==> Project Management
-Determined detailed BRDs (Business Requirement Dossiers) to bring key new functionalities to the Airbus attestation tool based on SAP Corporate.

==> Process Reengineering
-Determined a new process to handle late modifications in the frame of A380 Program, by collaborating with all the involved parties
-Worked with different departments to determine the connections between attestation process and all other airbus processes
-Updated attestation reference documentation on a regular basis
-Modeled the attestation process through MEGA application

==> Change Management
-Prepared and deployed a 4-hour training on attestation process in Germany and France (trainings performed in German, English and French language, depending on the origin of the attendees)

==> Management
-Managed a little team of new comers (ramp up, objectives' determination and activities' follow-up)
