In charge of the construction of new financial reporting models (End studying internship)

In the long term project of restructuring the financial reporting by optimising model, improving SAP using; my mission was:
•Create a new financial reporting model which: Enables flexibility and ask to field the least information in a hardest political environment (Nationalisation – Enterprise mix). Makes re-treatment on P&L and Balance sheet from a Vengaap accountancy to agree with IFRS standards norms. (Deferred Tax, Amortization reckons, current tax, inventory valorisation).Realizes Sarbanes Oxley controls.

•Construction of Budget Model which from production and Capex forecast will generate a P&L and Balance sheet. A model which take into account the “before” and “after” migration.

Sector: Petroleum - Exploration - Production - Refining

•In charged of monthly (Balanced scorecard) and weekly Key Business Indicators on Coca Cola Vendors activities (Volume, productivity, commercial, internal control). Preparing Power Point presentation for the monthly meeting with regional basis on the activity.
•Created new Dashboard(Excel) to evaluated management action plans.
•Generated Business Objects Queries and Microsoft Access queries to help in decisional actions.
•Developed and optimized information systems strengthened the follow up of activities for regional bases (Business Objects)
•Built an Excel tools (Excel and VBA) to manage the project of replace heavy goods vehicles with light vehicles. In charged of the following of the project with regional bases and participated to the construction of the business case.
•Realized various analysis on activity (market penetration rate, analysed the sales evolution of vendors during a period (2 years) , helped the Human resources to attribute commercial and exploitation bonus)

•In charged of monthly reporting following turnover and gross margin of products, promotions (for the brand Super Diet and Vie & Santé in France and abroad)
•Prepared the bimonthly Power Point analysis on Marge, Turnover, volume and variance for the 10 best products, 10 best news products in France in coordination with marketing department.
•Built Excel tools (Excel / VBA):
-To control and anticipate the inventory of packaging for the export department
-To evaluate cycle of gross and volume of best sellers
•Generated cost volume – profit analysis.

Assignment of benchmarking for a medium sized business, wholesaler for insurance company, which was envisaging a new activity. Proposing a sales force and sales means possibilities.
