Virginie Vinel is a French native and a consultant specialised in developing business and marketing strategies for high technology firms with ten years experience for electronics industry vendors. She has been Analog Devices' Account Director for 7 years at YTKO Ltd, Cambridge UK as well as YTKO Senior consultant, working on various consulting assignments in the electronics and medical device sector, notably on the Europe INNOVA Injection initiative. Clients include large commercial companies as well as many start-ups at different commercialisation stages including proof of concept. As such, her duties extend to the business development of YTKO pre-incubation services focusing on regional economic development and innovation and entrepreneurship. For a decade, while posted in London and now in Athens Greece, she has been managing teams of advertising and marketing executives, HTML programmers, designers and researchers implementing multi-country programmes.
When not unveiling applications for new technologies, Virginie cycles with her two young daughters and husband in France or swims in the deep-blue Greek seas.
