In the past 10 years, I had the opportunity to grow significantly and learn all aspects of IT, from application development, maintenance, to vendor management, infrastructure, and end-user support. I have now a good understanding of IT.
I understood the importance of relationship with people and the network needed to make things happen. I started to excel on communication to the business to help me achieve my goals. One of the latest challenges has been to rebuild a relationship between our offices in the US and IT.
All these experiences, together with my 2 kids, helped me to understand what I'm the best at, and what I like the most: make people grow and help them to achieve their goals.

I started in BCG in 2001 and was staffed as a consultant for 11 months. I had the opportunity to work for the biggest French companies. From consumer goods, tires manufacturing, energy and a couple of internal projects like an HR system, I could interview some of the leaders and have a real impact on the way they use technology. It helped me a lot to understand how consultants work, how much stress they have to deal with. It was a great experience and still help me on my new role as a customer service manager.

In less than 15 month with SQLi, I had the opportunity to work in several areas. From a technical consultant on Open Source, a project leader for several web agency (including sale, project definition, project development with a team of 2 to 6 people and test/delivery to production), I also had the chance to participate in the recruiting of new talented people during forums and then interviews and selection. SQli was a great choice for my career and helped me a lot to learn most of the market standards in only few months. From Linux, Windows Server, Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Apache and all the Open Source community, I could learn and use for client case all of these technology. SQLi is definitively a great place to learn!
